ReviewFlow AI ("we," "us") provides AI phone receptionists and text follow-up tools for roofing and exterior contractors. This page explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email lav@reviewflow-ai.com.
What we collect
- What you give us. If you book a demo or email us, we receive your name, phone number or email, business name, and the day and time you prefer.
- Chat messages. If a chat assistant is available on the site, we receive the messages you type into it.
- Demo calls. If we offer a demo phone line, calls to it may be recorded and transcribed so we can run and improve the demo.
- Basic visit data. Like most sites, the tools we use may receive your browser type, device, and the pages you view. If we run ads, advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel may use cookies to measure which ads lead to bookings.
How we use it
- To schedule and run your demo and to reply to you.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website and our demo.
- To measure whether our advertising works.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else handles it
We use outside services to run the site, and they handle information on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Today that includes Calendly (scheduling), Google Fonts (typefaces), and Retell AI (phone and chat features, if we turn them on). If we run ads, it will also include Meta.
Information we handle for our clients
When we set up an AI receptionist or follow-up texts for a roofing or exterior contractor, we handle that company's callers' and customers' information on the company's behalf and under its instructions. If you have a question about information a contractor collected from you, please contact that contractor directly.
Your choices
- Email us to ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted.
- You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of ad personalization in your Meta and Google account settings.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
